Generally, yes...: Generally, one can take Ibuprofen and theraflu, but one must read the ingredients on the labels to be sure he is not doubling up on an ingredient. Theraflu contains acetominophen (tylenol) as one of the ingredients. If unsure, one can ask the pharmacist at the drugstore.

Theraflu: There are many different types of theraflu formulations. Be sure not to double dose. Some types of theraflu may already contain Ibuprofen to help with pain and inflammation. Read the ingredient listing on the bottle to see if the one you are taking contains ibuprofen.
