Depends.: If the advil (ibuprofen) are 200 mg Ibuprofen and you are an otherwise healthy person with no contraindications. No pregnancy, no GI bleeding, no renal insufficiency. That is a prescription dose and we only recommend high doses like that with professional counsel. It's better to stick with the dose on the bottle unless your personal physician has instructed you otherwise. High dose nsaids have risk.

Yes: Multiple reasons. Nsaids can cause gastritis and gastric ulcers. Also it metabolizes through kidneys. So long term use can affect kidney functions too. So risk of bleed, gastric ulcer, kidney damage.

Not agood idea: Probably not a good idea since it may cause gastrointestinal upset, GI bleeding, cardiac problems and especially kidney toxicity. You should seek medical advice as to why you are in need of a medicine for pain relief.

No: The amount of benadryl, (diphenhydramine) which is the part of that medicine that makes you drowsy, would be higher than the recommended amount to take.
