Anxiety: There are different forms of anxiety. Treatment involves first doing workup by your primary care doctor to rule out physical causes, then if all normal, referral to a mental health specialist for cognitive therapy and medications if indicated.

Some types of meditation are helpful for anxiety as is yoga and living a lifestyle based in routine and regularity.
