It depends: That is pretty low, for that dose of enalapril. You may not even need it. See your physician, who should have a better idea about whether or not to continue it. But don't be concerned about a low diastolic pressure either. It you are asymptomatic, i would probably leave you on it.

Probably fine: One school thought is that if you're having no symptoms there is almost no such thing as blood pressure that is too low. However, i would monitor this closely. If you develop any symptoms such as lightheadedness, dizziness on standing or shortness of breath i would consider lowering or removing the enalapril.
