Yes, but...: Not likely with the dose you take. Of note there has not been one report of a serious adverse outcome or fatality from vitamins in the last 20 years of literature search. There are 125, 000 or more people who die every year from properly prescribed and administered medication. Overdose is quite common as well.

Not usually, but....: Multivitamins are worthless, and they can be dangerous. While most people cannot "overdose" on multivitamins, some people can have severe and life threatening reactions to some of the ingredients. Stop taking them, and buy a gym membership. Exercise has proven health benefits, while multivitamins do not.

Depends: Vitamins A,E, D& K have the potential to store in your body and produce adverse reactions including pressure on the brain among other problems. The rest end up in your pee the day you take them unless your body uses them immediately. If you have a chronic health condition like irritable bowel disease, inflammatory bowel disease, etc. these are likely of no use to you. You just have expensive pee.
