Nutrients: I'd say that calcium, vitamin d and Folic Acid (if you're of child bearing years) are probably the most important ones to get. Most of the food here in the U.S. Is fortified with so many of the other vitamins and nutrients that you'd rarely be deficient in much else (unless there's a specific medical condition causing the deficiency).
