Some thoughts...: Abdominal pain at any time of the day can have many causes. When you see your doctor, they'll ask you many questions: is it worse before or after you eat? Are your bowel movements normal? How long has it been going on? Any nausea? Does eating make it feel better? The "differential" for abdominal pain is so big that you really deserve a thorough history and exam to get to the bottom of it.
