Plantar fibromas: They are likely benign lesions called fibromas. They can occur in the palms and in the soles of the feet. With respect to the feet, they are usually hard nodules within the plantar fascia. They can vary in size and in number and can bigger and more numerous over time. I would recommend seeing a podiatrist to have them examined and to establish a baseline as far as their size and location.
