I have swelling lumps on my palms of hands and underneath feet - like just the gland areas?

See your Dr.: You may have nodules associated with RA or a collagen disease.

Plantar fibromas: They are likely benign lesions called fibromas. They can occur in the palms and in the soles of the feet. With respect to the feet, they are usually hard nodules within the plantar fascia. They can vary in size and in number and can bigger and more numerous over time. I would recommend seeing a podiatrist to have them examined and to establish a baseline as far as their size and location.
