Which is easier to cure a breast cancer who is a pr/er positive and her2 negative or er/pr negative and her2 positive? who has longer prognosis?

Er/pr positive: The survival and outcomes are better with receptor positive breast cancer. Stage for stage the long term prognosis is better for this group.
