Yes: Unfortunately, we don't have a way to operate without leaving a scar, unless you have surgery performed by notes (natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery). The hip is not accessible from any natural orifice so there will be a scar. Some doctors make smaller incisions than others so you might search around for the right doctor. Your personal doctor could help.
