This is one: Of those questions where a history and physical by an internist would be a good idea as more information is needed. Legs, feet and back can hurt from something like flatfeet, however, that should not involve hands. If you include hands, the differential diagnosis would have to include some arthritic condition. Back problems like herniated discs can include all the above. Blood work and physical.
