why do i get dizzy after eating?

Dr. Jagdish Mishra
37 years experience Cardiology
Blood pooling: Some people, after eating might feel dizzy as most of the blood goes around GI system to help food digest ie less blood going to the brain and some might feel dizzy. You might lie down after a meal for 1/2 hour to see if that is helpful. If symptoms persist, please do see an md. Best of luck.
