R u dehydrated?: When you eat some blood is sent to your intestines to digest food. If you're somewhat dehydrated this could mean relatively less to perfuse the brain and leave you feeling dizzy. Esp as it gets warmer be sure to drink plenty of water. Alcohol and caffeinated drinks don't hydrate you as well. Also try eating smaller, more frequent meals--good for more than just this reason.
