Therapy: Therapy to strengthen the muscles around the shoulder can help decrease thevain after a dislocation. It can also help restore lost motion. If all that fails an arthroscopic procedure may be needed.

Time: As far as pain is concerned, patience and time are needed. Eventually pt can be helpful. You could try alternative or nonconventional treatments such as acupuncture or hypnosis.
