The other day i took a morning walk. later on that day my aunt asked me to go outside so that we could talk and all of a sudden i felt light headed and nauseated. when i went back into the house i was okay. what could that be?

Reflex migraine: Some people are very sensitive to bright sunlight or flickering light through trees. These stimuli can induce a migraine type reaction with nausea, vertigo, and near faint feelings. Wear tinted sunglasses and hats and avoid abrupt sunlight. Do not know it this was the cause, but at least a possible cause.
