Open then thin: A topical decongestant like afrin or neosynephrine will open the sinus ostea, while a mucus thinner like Mucinex (guaifenesin) will allow/help the sinuses to drain. Make sure you stay well hydrated too.

Prescription Meds: If you truley have an infection then antibiotics prescribed to you, plus/minus steroids oral and or nasal. Nasal rinses can be helpful. Get evaluated
