Not probable: Infections require time and less often antibiotics to resolve. If the symptoms are caused by allergies or irritants (non-infectious sinusitis) decongestants and nasal rinses can help. This may help your symptoms overnight but not cure them. If the symptoms are caused by a virus again symptomatic care is the only option. If the infection is bacterial antibiotics will need to be used if the symptoms.
