It may: Arch pain is often plantar fasciitis, sometimes, posterior tibial tendonitits. Tingling is often nerve related and you may have a tarsal tunnel syndrome. I would ice the foot where it hurts and wear arch supports when walking. If pain doesn't resolve see a podiatrist or orthopod.

Hard to say: Sounds like plantar fasciitis which sometimes responds to nsaid's like ibu. There are a lot of other things that can also provide some relief like a orthotic for your shoes. Also, some stretching exercises that you can do. Sometimes a steroid injection into the foot will help resolve it. You best get an accurate diagnosis from a doctor so you can eliminate the cause.

Am wondering: If you are in style with this generation wearing flip flops and very, very high heels.Cus if you are then this would be the reason for the arch pain and tingling sensation.Presuming you have already been checked out for other medical problem. Please see physician if you are not any better. Avoid them and change to more comfortable shoes or footwear.Motrin wl certainly help if u stop wearing 'em.
