See derm: You should see your dermatologist for treatment and evaluation. This can be corrected or improved.

Scars R permanent: There are currently few options to improve scar appearances, but unfortunately once a scar is form, it is permanent. Dermal abrasion/laser treatment, surgical repairs, chemical peels etc. Can be done, but often expensive. She should see her doc/dermatologist regularly for treatment of her dermatitis to minimize scarring--her doc may fix scars as well. Consult doc. Good luck.
