A member asked:

Are there treatments for bow legs without surgery?

No: In adults, bowlegs are usually due to arthritis and can only be corrected surgicially. In children, there are nutritional and developmental defects that can sometimes be corrected with nutrition or bracing.

See below: If very young there are braces that may help but after age 13 or 14 surgery is really the only option.
