Silicone gel: Is the first line therapy or silicone sheets although they are more difficult to stay on. Biocorneum from http://www.Whyskin.Com/categories/scar-products/ is where i send my patients as they have it for less. 2nd line therapy is laser therapy. Fraxel restore laser works the best.

Bleach,Block,Silicon: Silicone gel products that contain sunscreen are great and are available at many drug stores such as scarzone which also contains numerous other ingredients and typically costs less than $12. Bleaching agents may also help and typically combine retinoids, hq, & steroids. Dermabrasion, peels or resurfacing may also help.
