Amlodipine are okay for unstable angina?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It may help, but...: Unstable angina is a serious problem that generally should be evaluated for possible surgical intervention. Unless symptom resolves, unstable angina, at this time and age, is inappropriate to stay on medication without stress test or coronary angiogram. Coronary angioplasty/stent maybe done or coronary bypass. Please see a cardiologist for diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
