Muscles: The back of the head is a funnel for all the stress in your neck and shoulders to collect and can drive you crazy. Think flesh=muscles/tissue and not bone/ligament/disc/nerves. Start self-care with a wellness program of vits, magnesium glycinate, sleep hygiene, exercise, self/pro massage, acupressure, chiropractor, yoga, heat, epsom tub soaking, and stretching. In my practice, I use acupuncture.
