Head ache: It all depends on your history preceeding the pain, the quality and characteristic of the pain and other comorbid symptoms. Generally, it is likely due to cervical (neck) muscle strain. You may benefit from motrin or other NSAIDs for a day may be 2, bot if it persists or worsens or other symptoms such as fever, chills, nausea, etc. develop you should see your doctor. Also, rule out pregnancy.
