My wife had her tubes tied 5 years ago and hasn't been pregnant since just recently she and i have been feeling movement in her stomach and her breast?

PG test: It is unlikely that she is pregnant, but Fallopian tubal ligations can ad do fail, so run a pregnancy test for the simple answer.
