Hormonal engorgement: At you age your breasts can still be growing and the growth is certainly influence by your body's production of female hormones. This appearance is normal and is due to breast fullness and engorgement. This can also occur with sexual stimulation. Unless you miss 1-2 cycles, this is not pregnancy; however, use condoms and spermicidal foam or gel until you are placed on BC pills.
