Recovery...: After any surgical procedure there is always recovery; which might be painful...But should resolve nicely over the recovery period(length is dependent upon the skill of the surgeon; and your overall state of health.

Pain and swelling: You can usually expect some swelling and pain. Antibiotics are soemtimes given as well as analgesics.
