Right sided heart: Dextrocardia is a congenital (present at birth) condition in which the heart is situated on the right side of the body instead of the normal left side. There are different types of dextrocardia-sometimes the heart is entirely normal except for its location, other times there are associated heart defects. Sometimes the organs of the abdomen are also reversed.

Dextrocardia: Dextrocardia is a congenital defect in which the heart is situated on the right side of the body. The tip of the heart points towards the right instead of the normally pointing to the left. This has no clinical significance if it is an isolated finding without additional defects.
