It happens: This can come on at any age and has many nebulous symptoms that overlap other conditions. I only figured out mine after 55 & can't pinpoint when it really started. It certainly did not start while I was in school or early practice years. Read a lot of labels and don't buy all the products that say gluten free. Watch for cross reacting items like #40 red food dye.
