May be: Celiac disease can present with diffent problems and may be confused with other conditions, neutropenia can be a manifestation of multiple different problems. Work up will be needed to differenciate.

Yes: It is possible to have both conditions. If the celiac symptoms are bad enough that patients have severe malnutrition, neutopenia can develop. If the celiac symptoms are not severe, then they may occur together, but not necessarily be related.
