Cold: Pain in the nose , stuffy nose , congestion, headache, sneezing, teary eyes are symptoms are cold and allergies, their are a number of over the counter medication to alleviate these symptoms, no more than 7 days on these meds, otherwise you need to be evaluated by an ENT ( ear - nose - throat specialist).
