Followup appointment: There are many explanations for that. Medicine really is an art, and there are many ways to treat the same problem. When a given prescribed treatment doesn't work, we are always there to try something different. We can't always know the one thing that will make you better, but we will certainly try! i encourage you to followup and see what the next course of treatment will be.

See a sports md: Se a shoulder specialist or sports medicine doctor. I would evaluate your shoulder and potentially order an mri. You may have a labral tear.
