Labral tear: Shoulder injuries due to weight lifting in your age group usually affects the labrum an important stabilizer of the shoulder. The biceps tendon attaches to it, and can be affected as well. The rotator cuff is rarely injured in your age group, but possible. If pain doesnt improve with rest and nsaids its best to see a sports medicine trained orthopedic surgeon for a thorough evaluation.

Not enough info: You need to be examined. Pain that persists in shoulder after workout, pain with use of the shoulder at other times may imply shoulder injury, rotator cuff tendinitis/tear, etc.
