Yes: There is a subset of pots patients who have dysautonomia and thus do not sweat. So you do have company.

Question for MDs that have actually treated a patient with POTS: what intervention did you see the best results from for symptom management? Symptoms: Fatigue, Brain fog, Memory Recall, Exercise Intolerance, Occasional Swallowing/breathing issues;
Have lupus. Struggle w/low bp's,fatigue,lightheaded. Also get episodes where my HR increases 30 points standing w/ massive fatigue. Tilt table was normal so I was told I do NOT have POTS but I felt ok that day. Salt.fluids & help but not enough.Help?
