POTS: Good ole postural tachycardia syndrome- good information can be found at- http://tinyurl.Com/akcczmf several of my patients with pots do not sweat at some places on their body. I do not think I have anyone with pots who sweats none at all, but I have read and know that it is possible. Hope this answers your question and concern. Dr. P.
