If that assessment i: If that assessment is correct, then a proper evaluation to determine the cause would be helpful and would assist in guiding the best therapy and intervention for your problem. Specialist in the area of muscular skeletal disorders ie. Orthopedics, physical medicine and rehab(physiatrist) may be able to assist you and your pcp with options along with a proper pt prescription if appropriate.
