32 centimeters: The fundal height is measured from the top of the pubic bone to the top of the uterus. At about 20 weeks gestation the top of the uterus is typically 20 centimeters above the pubis - and from that time until about 34 weeks the uterus will grow at about one centimeter each week. By 32 weeks the uterus should measure about 32 centimeters above the pubis.
