Hip pain with sneeze: "hip pain" caused by sneezing might represent a lumbar disc problem. The increase in pressure cause by the sneeze can affect nerves near the lumbar discs. This is called "referred pain" . The other possibility is a groin hernia. Again, the increased pressure in the belly from the sneeze causes the hernia to bulge and cause pain.

? Low Back Pain: Might actually be low back pain radiating to the hip area. Sneezing can cause increased pressure on nerves leading to that kind of pain. See your orthopaedist.
