Tendon tear: The pressure from a sneeze with sudden movement of the lower body could lead to worsening of an already underlying issue like partial tear of a tendon insertions.get it checked out by orthopedic doc if persists beyond few days. Ice it in the mean time and use Tylenol, (acetaminophen)for pain relief
