Possibly: If the increased tension on plantar fascia in arch coincides with a tight achilles tendon which insetrs into back of the heel and runs originates from calf muscles. Additionally, if you are favoring foot and as a result not walking properly, pain can be caused in other areas.

It can : If you are walking differently as the fascitiis is painful so when you compensate you injure another body part.

Yes: Any time you have pain it can cause gait changes.[limping] plantar fasciatis usually causes pain in heel and arch.
