Essure is permanent: Essure is a permanent, non-reversible form of contraception. Your best chance of achieving pregnancy after an essure would be ivf - in vitro fertlization. In this procedure, your eggs will be retrieved from your ovaries then placed with your husband's sperm in a special laboratory container. Once fertilization occurs, the resulting embryos are then placed into your uterus to develop further.

No: Essure unlike an iud cannot be removed. You should consider ivf or surgical evaluation for to reconnect the tubes.

No: There is really no way to remove the coils. It was a permanent procedure. I recommend you visit with an infertility specialist to discuss your options to achieve pregnancy. Your best bet will probably be in vitro fertilization and implantation to go "around" the blockages caused by the essure.
