Call your doctor: Although headache, fever and neck hurting can come from several causes, the most alarming is meningitis. He or she would really have to be evaluated. Call your child's doctor. Don't just watch for a couple of hours since meningitis can progress rapidly.

Headaches and fever: Please do not wait and watch - this could be early signs of menningitis. Go and have the child evaluated by your doctor or the er/urgent care.
