Tooth infection: Could be a possibility. Sounds like you are having referred pain form the molar area. See your dentist as soon as possible. A tooth infection needs to be ruled out first. Treatment is usually antibiotics. If it is not your tooth you need to be evaluated by your regular physician. If your neck pain and headaches are worsening go to the er.
