You're a man now!: Acne comes and goes for all young man and many older men. It's got nothing to do with what you do in private, or what else may happen as you develop further as a man. When it's on the back, benzoyl peroxide won't work too welli start with topical Clindamycin with or without a retinoic acid derivative, but often its presence on the back suggests one of the systemic antibiotics may be right for you.
