See a REI doctor: At 41 most women have some signs of reduced egg numbers and quality (diminished ovarian reserve) - some women more than others. See an rei physician as soon as you can to get checked out and to get help. Ma is a 'mandated' state where health insurance generally has to cover fertility tesing and treatment as long as you meet certain criteria.

See a Specialist: At 41, you're better off seeing an rei specialist from the start. This way you can expedite evaluation & treatment with someone who specializes in both with more aggressive procedures and improved chances at conception. Find someone with a good track record & good luck to you.

See a specialist!: One of the main problems with conception at your age is aging of the ovaries, with poor egg quality. Some fertility experts are now treating patients with supplements of dhea, which can improve this factor. Also, if you are exercising excessively, are too thin, or on an extremely low fat diet, that can affect your hormones. Recommend a fertility specialist sooner, rather than later!
