Maybe: There is a book called "the fertility diet" by chavarro et. Al. These harvard researchers show that a healthy diet may be associated with higher fertility. The fertility diet is mostly a low glycemic index diet - healthy complex carbs like whole wheat, brown rice, fruits and veggies, avoiding processed sugars, white rice, white pasta etc.

Basically, no.: Basically, no. It's not that diet doesn't matter, just there is no 'fertility diet.' healthy balanced eating, limited caffeine & alcohol, no tobacco, moderate exercise, good sleep and staying healthy all support natural fertility. The latest internet drugs-w/o-prescription, herbs, otc drugs, diets, vitamins, teas and supplements to 'make you fertile' don't work and can be dangerous.
