At this point, none.: Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia is a finding of an IgM spike on spep or serum protein electrophoresis due to one population of b-cells in your body producing one or two forms of igm, hence the term "monoclonal spike". This is considered an early b cell lymphoma. There are usually no symptoms but it might lead to diseases like multiple myeloma, so it isn't treated but watched.

Plasmapheresis: If you have a large amount of IgM in your bloodstream and it is causing problems, for example with your nervous system, and you are offered plasmapheresis, then by all means accept it. If you are offered Rituximab or a autologous marrow transplant, get all the facts but consider these options especially if your disease progresses.
