Not really ...: Despite constantly touting something new on horizon, the practical options for caring ED remain: healthy lifestyle without overindulgence and obsession, behavioral modification, judicious timely use of PDE-5 inhibitors, use of Alprostadil through urethra or injection, penile pump, and finally, penile prosthesis. Lately, a newer PDE-5 inhibitor - Avanafil (Stendra) has added to the list of PDE-5I.
