Gallbladder symptoms more typically locate to the right upper quadrant and epigastrium with radiation to the right scapula. See your doctor about your symptoms please.

No: Virtually all gall bladder polyps are asymptomatic unless they cause an obstruction of the cystic duct, but regardless would not cause pelvic pain.
