Yes you should: Have the gallbladder removed. Small polyps (<1 cm) can usually be followed with routine imaging to make sure it is not growing. If it is causing pain, then that is a reason to remove it. Consult a general surgeon.

Surgery.: If it is felt that the pain comes from gallbladder you do not have many options but to have gallbladder removed.
